The below is the reason why we don’t allow grapes or cherry tomatoes at the preschool. They pose a serious choking hazard.X-ray of a grape in a 5 year olds airway - it took surgery to remove it and because the airway was not completely blocked, the child lived. Grapes need to be cut in half for children til they are AT LEAST 5. This happened to a 5 year old. SLICE THE GRAPES, FOLKS
